About WICE

FAQs

WICE was founded in Spring 2016. Though CAEE has the highest ratio of women to men in Cockrell School, civil was the only engineering major without a group dedicated to forming bonds between women in the department. Due to this perceived lack and feeling like they did not know many other women in civil, a group of six girls founded Women in Civil Engineering the spring of their freshman year.
When does WICE meet?

General meetings are every other Wednesday night at 6:30. Check out our calendar for specifics and to find out about some of our other events!
